The Bois Cotlette estate has worked to perfect the craft of producing cocoa, sugar cane and coffee for over 290 years!
In the photos below you will see us taking their "Chocolate Experience Tour" which offers a glimpse into all of the behind-the-scene work that goes into producing their signature chocolates!
It was both educational and relaxing, the perfect adventure for this passionate chocolate loving Chocolatier! I would highly recommend this experience!
