  • Orders are shipped out as soon as they're made (Orders made typically 2-4 business days - 1 week depending on busy seasons)
  • Once Shipped - arrival time is typically 1 - 2 business days in GTA

Do you offer Contactless Curbside Pickup?

Yes! Contactless curbside pickup is our first recommended option as it's the most cost saving for you! FREE!

Pickup Location: Head Office (Not a retail space) 568 Bathurst St. Toronto, ON

-Located on the west side of Bathurst St, between College St & Ulster. 

-Closest Subway Station: Bathurst Station, then take 511 streetcar South to Ulster stop. Walk South on west side of Bathurst to 568 Bathurst.

-Parking Options: Street parking available in front of building except from 3pm-7pm weekdays

Do you offer delivery?

Do you offer Canada wide or International shipping? 

We ship across Canada. Our international orders are currently paused.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped? 

We freshly hand make your orders and prepare orders first come first serve. In general it can take between 2-4 business days to produce your order and in high volume times it may take up to 7 business days to complete production of your order. We work on a 1st come 1st serve basis unless communicated any urgency. If you would like your order by a certain date, please contact us and we will do our best to get your order to you for that time.

When will my shipment arrive?

Orders will be shipped out as soon as possible and you will be notified via email with a tracking number. In general, shipments tend to arrive within 1 - 2 business days with locations based in the GTA, depending on the service of the 3rd party courier.

Shipping destinations further in distance may take longer to arrive, especially international orders. It is important to note that once your order has shipped, we do not hold responsibility for the order being handled by the 3rd party courier. Delays may occur on their end due to weather, customs clearance or during busy times.

Shipment arrival times cannot be guaranteed by Hot Shot Chocolate and placing your order for shipping comes with delay risks outside of Hot Shot Chocolate's control.

If you need your chocolate order by a certain date please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you by that date. We recommend local pickup chosen if you need an order by a certain date, or discuss personal delivery by Hot Shot Chocolate to local addresses.

We do not offer refunds, once the order has been made and shipped, Hot Shot Chocolate has fulfilled our end. We may issue a store credit under certain circumstances.

Do you deliver during summer months?

Yes, however, due to the heat of summer months (May to August) our chocolate product is more at risk of melting if staying put in hot environments. This is why we only ship out orders Monday - Thursday and not over weekends. This will help reduce the risk of orders sitting in known temperatured warehouses. We also offer fast express shipping to help reduce the risk of melting during transit. Additionally, we include 1 time use cold packs with every shipment, lined with thermal packing to help the chocolate stay cool during it's shipping transit! The thermal cooling packs will come at no additional charge to you!

We highly recommend that customers that order chocolate during summer months, pay attention to shipment tracking and ensure orders refrain from sitting in hot lockers or on porches as much as possible. 

Do you offer refunds for melted/damaged shipments?

Hot Shot Chocolate is not responsible for melted or damaged packages from shipment and buyers purchase at own risk. We do everything we can to prepare your order for safe travel.

Unfortunately in the postal service, chocolate is categorized as perishable goods which are not recognized for insurance money back. Refunds are not applicable, however with photo proof of damage, you may be issued store credit. Please email kelly@hotshotchocolate.com

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any of our chocolate orders. If you are unsatisfied with your order please let us know and we would be happy to discuss alternate options.
